DON'T JUDGE PEOPLE; LOVE THEM

DON'T JUDGE PEOPLE; LOVE THEM DON'T JUDGE PEOPLE; LOVE THEM 'Let us stop passing judgment on one another.' Romans 14:13 Instead of judging people, let's love them because judging doesn't help.  It was a simple statement that would be repeated many times in the near future if you were to listen closely to the two people standing beside each other at this moment, but no one would. It had been a month since they’d officially met and both of them already knew their way around the world by heart.  YOU CAN work alongside and pray for someone who’s having an evil intent without  having one yourself. Remember, you were a sinner before you are giving the grace  of God, so act with humility and don t tall into the trap of self-righteous but as  Rosell says, 'When God forgives, He consigns the offense to the everlasting . As you show  grace when you encounter somebody’s whose lifestyle makes you uncomfortable. Learn as much as possible about them, and allow your inter...

THE MAIN PURPOSE OF PRAYER

THE MAIN PURPOSE OF PRAYER   THE MAIN PURPOSE OF PRAYER To be conformed to the likeness of his Son.' Romans 8:29 NIV (1984 Edition) Prayer is not simply a way to connect with God. It's about being thankful for the blessings that you have and also asking Him what more can He do in your life, so that we may be able to fulfill His will on earth as it is done in heaven. Prayer should never make us feel guilty but rather humble enough to ask forgiveness from those whom we have hurt or offended through our actions or words. THE BIBLE says, 'Those God foreknew he...predestined to be conformed to the likeness of  his Son. When you read the preceding verses in the chapter you discover God does this through  prayer. This should encourage you to pray. Many times we don't pray because We don't  think anything's happening. But with God, something's always happening wonder , When is He going to work? What we fail to understand is - He's always watching When  it come...

WHEN SOMEONE HURTS YOU; BLESS THEM

WHEN SOMEONE HURTS YOU; BLESS THEM WHEN SOMEONE HURTS YOU; BLESS THEM Be mindful to be a blessing. Galatians 6:10 AMP  There is a saying that goes, "Forgive and forget". It may not be easy but it's the only way to move on. Holding grudges will just make you bitter in life as your focus would shift from doing what needs to be done for yourself or others. Asking forgiveness does not mean letting go of responsibilities because at times we are hurt by people who do things without thinking about how their actions affect us. Forgiving them doesn't necessarily means they get off free with no consequences whatsoever; forgiving someone simply gives you peace of mind knowing that there is nothing else left unsaid between both parties involved in an argument or conflict situation so then one can move forward towards achieving his goals while keeping those negative feelings locked away inside him/herself instead of directing them toward other people which could potentially lead u...

SURRENDER YOURSELF TO GOD

SURRENDER YOURSELVE TO GOD SURRENDER YOURSELVE TO GOD Do not let sin control the way you live. Romans 6:12 NLT  There are times when we feel that there is no way out of a situation. It feels like the walls around you have been closed in and it seems impossible to get through them. If ever this happens, surrender yourself to God because he knows what's best for us even if we don't see it at first glance or understand why things happen as they do but with time everything will fall into place just right. WHEN SOMEONE says, I can't help myself, it's just the way l am, they are right, but only Partially right Researchers identified more than a hundred identical twins that had been Separated at birth. They were raised in various cultures, religions, and locations. By comparing their similarities and their differences it became clear that as much as 70 Percent of their personality was inherited. Their DNA determined such qualities as creativity, wisdom, loving-kindness, vigor,...

IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL

IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL My peace I give you... Do not let your hearts be troubled and.. afraid John 14:27 NIV (2011 Edition)  It is well with my soul. It has been a long time since I have felt this way and it's good to be back in the saddle again, especially when you are doing something that you love. The past few months were pretty hectic for me as there was so much going on at work but now things seem more settled down which means I can focus more of myself into what matters most - family! THE PEACE Jesus gives brings a sense or assurance that no matter what happens you know ‘it is well with my soul'. He says to us: My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the World gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and.. afraid. The peace Jesus gives doesn't depend on conditions and circumstances. It comes from knowing you are God's child and that your father controls the universe, loves you and always have your best interests at heart. That's...

RENEW YOUR MIND WITH HEAVENLY WISDOM

RENEW YOUR MIND WITH HEAVENLY WISDOM RENEW YOUR MIND WITH HEAVENLY WISDOM Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.' Romans 12:2 NKJV  The Bible says that wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting, get understanding. It's not enough to have a renewed mind but it must be based on biblical principles of faith in God as well as heavenly wisdoms from his word which guides us towards success. THE MOST important thing you can do every day- is renew your mind with God's Word. When you get that right, everything else will begin to fall into place. You'll think and act differently, so you'll get different results. Do you remember the old TV series The Beverly Hillbillies? What made the show so interesting is that Jed and his family had been set tree from their past a life of poverty back in the Ozarks. But even after they moved to California’s Beverly Hills, they continued in their 'hillbilly ways. Their location had changed, but th...

PARENTING AND THE BATTLE FOR CONTROL

PARENTING AND THE BATTLE FOR CONTROL   PARENTING AND THE BATTLE FOR CONTROL 'Do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Ephesians 6:4 NLT Being a parent is not about being the boss but rather making sure that your children are happy and healthy. Parents should be aware of their kids' needs in order for them to grow into responsible adults who can take care of themselves when they become independent from their parents. It is also important for parents to give up control because it will only make things worse if you try too hard on controlling everything around you, including your own child's life choices or decisions made by other people related with him/her as well. IF YOUR teenagers don't like you telling them what to do, relax; they're normal. And it’s not peculiar to teenagers, it starts much earlier. One psychologist tells about the mother of a tough little four-year-old girl who was demanding her own way. The mother said, I’m your boss, I ...

DO MORE THAN IS EXPECTED OF YOU

ALWAYS DO MORE THAN IS EXPECTED OF YOU   ALWAYS DO MORE THAN IS EXPECTED OF YOU Live generously and graciously toward others.' Matthew 5:48 MSG You are not just a person or a manager. You have to be an example of what you expect from your employees by doing more than is expected of you, even if it means working overtime or taking work home with you at night. It takes time for people to learn and adapt but in the end they will appreciate that their boss cares about them as much as he does his business because after all we don't live our lives alone. We need each other especially when times get rough so make sure that everyone knows how important they are! JESUS SAID, "Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over (Luke b.38 KJV). Notice, He didn't say, 'Only give to those who give back to you. John Bunyan, the author of Pilgrim's Progress, said, "You haven’t lived today Successfully, unless you'v...

DO YOU HAVE A GOD GIVEN VISION?

DO YOU HAVE A GOD GIVEN VISION?   DO YOU HAVE A GOD GIVEN VISION? "Write the vision and make it plain..that he may run who reads it." Habakkuk 2:2 NKJV A vision is not a dream. It's something that you can see and feel in the present but it will take time to achieve. A leader must be able to look beyond what he sees now, into the future of his organization or company. He has an idea on how things should work out for them as they are working towards their goals together with him – making sure that everyone understands why they're doing this at all times so there won't be any doubt about where each one stands individually and collectively within the group itself - then make plans accordingly until everything falls into place perfectly like clockwork when everybody does exactly what needs to get done without having anyone telling anybody else specifically what do because every person knows exactly which part of whatever task was assigned belongs exclusively only unt...

BEGIN TO LOOK FORWARD

BEGIN TO LOOK FORWARD BEGIN TO LOOK FORWARD 'Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead. Philippians 3:13 NLT The past is the past. It cannot be changed but it can serve as a lesson for future generations to come. You have no control over what has happened in your life and you also do not know how things will turn out so stop worrying about them because they are already done with, leave that burden behind and start looking forward towards something better than before. THERE ARE things inside you that must be dealt with before you can move ahead, Every experience you've had from birth until the present moment has helped shape who you are, The things that happen to you, good and bad, are instrumental in determining how you’d act and react for the rest of your life. Paul talks about "forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.' You ask, 'What did Paul have to forget?" A lot! On Paul’s orders Stephen, the first Christian martyr, was...

ASK FOR HELP

ASK FOR HELP    ASK FOR HELP The work is too heavy for you: you cannot handle it alone. Exodus 18:18 NIV (2011 Edition) It is important to know that you are not alone. There will be times when the problems seem too much for you and there would come a time when you feel overwhelmed with all of them at once. It is okay if we ask help from others because sometimes they have better ideas than us or simply just want to lend a hand in supporting our cause even though they don't really understand what's going on but still wants to support us anyway . GOD HAS placed people within your reach who are wiling to help you. If you don t accept their help, you will be frustrated and they will be unfulfilled because they're not using their gifts hasn't called you to do everything, for everybody, in every situation. You cant be all things to all people all the time! You yourself have legitimate needs, and when they are not met you suffer and so do the people around you. There's noth...

CONFRONTATION IS HEALTHY SOMETIMES

CONFRONTATION IS HEALTHY SOMETIMES CONFRONTATION IS HEALTHY SOMETIMES When Peter had come to Antioch, I withstood him to his face. " Galatians 2:11 NKJV" There are times when people get angry. It is not easy to be in a position where you have to make decisions that will affect the lives of other people and sometimes, it becomes hard for them because they do not see eye-to-eye with your decision making style or even if there was no discussion before hand on how things should go.  The best way out would be confrontation which can prevent future burst of anger from both parties involved as well as creating an environment conducive for communication between people instead of avoiding each other like plague just because one does something wrong without knowing what he did wrong after all we're only human beings who makes mistakes every now and then but this doesn't mean that everything has been lost so don't give up easily.  PAUL confronted PETER when he showed p...

WHAT THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT Itself, God, faith, Christ, faith etc

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT   WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT  FAITH Acts 20:20, 21 "How I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, Testifying and also to Greeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. "Ephesians 2:8, 9 "For by grace you have been saved through Faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, Not of works, lest anyone should boast." LIFE John3:3 "Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, l say  to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. "John 1:12, 13 "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in is name: Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. ...
