WHAT IT MEANS TO REALLY LOVE

Love cares more for others than for self.' 1 Corinthians 13:4 MSG

There's no greater love than when someone truly loves someone else and they show it through actions, words, and thoughts. When someone truly loves someone else, they have their best interests at heart and will do whatever it takes to make that person happy. They will be there for them in good times and bad, and will always be there to listen.

Truly loving someone means being there for them when they need you, no matter what. Whether it's listening to them when they're upset, supporting them when they're feeling down, or just being there for a hug when they need it, truly loving someone will go above and beyond for them.

Some of the greatest insights on what it means to love someone come from the pen of the apostle Paul: 'No matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I'm bankrupt without love. Love never gives up. Love cares more for others than for self. Love doesn't want what doesn't have. Love doesn’t Strut, doesn't have a swelled head, doesn't force itself on others, isn't always me first, doesn’t fly off the handle, doesn't keep score of the sins of others, doesn't revel when others grovel, takes pleasure in the flowering of truth, puts up with anything, trusts G0d always, always looks for the best, never looks back, but keeps going to the end.
